For Keybo Backers, Shipments Status Update

Dear backers,
We have been starting shipping your backed products, Serafim Keybo since the end of August, 2017, and most of the shipments of Serafim Keybo have been successfully shipped. The rest of backed Keybo will be shipped within 2 weeks. However, there are still some matters that keeping us from shipping your items.
Firstly, we had arranged FedEx to deliver items to your specified address, but some supporters haven’t picked up yet. If you are one of the above-mentioned receivers, please contact the FedEx office at your region to retrieve your packages before extra charges taking place for getting those parcels.
Secondly, we were unable to get those items to some of supporters, since they might have provided a wrong or undeliverable address for us. Lastly, some of backers haven’t offered a deliverable address or preferred language bundles in details for our surveys.

WE HEREBLY ACCOUNCE YOUR KEYBO IS ON ITS WAY!
After a long while of waiting, burning test and lots of obstacles, we finally announce that our shipment has begin!!
Our delivery will begin in super early bird and deliver in groups. Please be patient and keep in touch with your local FedEx station (If you receive FedEx’s email;) for those who hasn’t receive deliver email, don’t panic! you’re the next!). You’re more than welcome to contact us if you still not receive your order in Oct.
In cause of making sure of the optimal quality, we had to spend lots of time doing the burn-in and mass production process. We are truly sorry about the serious delay. Therefore, the delivery have already begin. In this time and your best Serafim Keybo will be on the way to meet you: )
On the other hand, our research & development team have made an unique game app, we planned to release the game in Early September!! By the time, your Serafim Keybo will be not just an ordinary keyboard, it can also be interested on gaming!!!
Serafim team thanks all of your supports, we did push a lot of effort on supply chain and make sure everything is gradually into the situation.

We’re pleasant to announce that we’ll complete the last burn-in test this week !!!
After finishing the final detail check, your Serafim Keybo will start to delivery in groups next week.
As we promised, we insist on making the Serafim Keybo into an optimal quality, in which makes us spend lots of time doing this burn-in test and mass production process.
